From the past…..with a wide view to the future

Activity starts in 70s by a visionary founder with the aim to place on the Italian market a range of pneumatic servo-valve with no equal for durability and reliability.

So, for the first time in Italy, he imported the pneumatic servo-valves with the innovative metal to metal system (without wearing parts), under the Numatics American trade mark.

Prestigious companies such as FERRERO, BRIDGESTONE, TEKSID (FIAT Group), VETRERIE ITALIANE, AVIR, BORMIOLI ROCCO, VETROARREDO rely to this ingenious product for their most important applications.

Even AGIP (today ENI) felt that might be a good way to greatly increase the reliability of wellhead control panels (WHCP).

In 1974 the first panels is installed in the platform AGOSTINO “A”. The success is such that AGIP decides to include in their technical specifications the metal to metal sealing system instead of the traditional estates hitherto used.

The relationship with AGIP is further consolidated with the supply of instruments air production packages, complementary to the operation of the control panels.

In 1985 the first package complete with adsorption dryers totally in stainless steel AISI 316 and suitable for explosion risk areas is designed, manufactured and installed in the platform PORTO CORSINI. The same packages are then made for all the AGIP platforms even built in the recent years all over the Adriatic Sea.

In the years on, other instruments air packages are tailor made for important projects, both in Italy and abroad to ENEL, PETROBEL, SONATRACH, SAIPEM, JGC, GREENSTREAM and many others.

In 2009, after a severe crisis, the company was taken over by new owners who restructure the organization maintaining the single production of packages.

The division engaged in the manufacture of wellhead control panels with metal to metal seal system is entrusted to PNEUMOIDRAULICA ENGINEERING, an experienced company sharing the same owners, that becomes a very close partner.
